Week 16Monday 13th April 2009 We took the plane to Pine Island. We went to the beach where we swam.Then we went on a walk to see an old prison.
Tuesday 14th April 2009 We took a boat called a pirogue around the island. Then we went on a three quarter of an hour walk and crossed a river to access a lagoon swimming area. It was beautiful.
Wednesday 15th April 2009 We rented a car to go around the island. We went to a small market in Vao, then we saw a bg church. We saw lots of statues. Then we went into two caves: it was very slippery! Then we returned to the natural pool.
Thursday 16th April 2009 We went to the top of Pic N'ga. Then we went to the airport to fly to New Caledonia.
Friday 17th April 2009 Mummy bought Tahiti pearls on a necklace. Then we tried to buy plane tickets but didn't succeed!
Saturday 18th April 2009 We went on Hélène's sail boat. We sailed to an island and moored on a buoy. We jumped from the boat and played with the kayak! When we returned to the harbour both sails broke!
Sunday 19th April 2009 We went to the beach in Noumea and I saw a jellyfish and a dead baby snake called a Tricot Rayé. After lunch we began our tour of the island. We swam in a river at Sarraméa.
